We stayed 2 nights and it was great though we did not enjoy sun bathing to the beach due to weather condition. But the place really clean great view, outside invironment were clean, hotel location is ok very near to beach, front desk staff were great, the only thing that was not good was our card key left on the inside door was taken by the cleaner in accident? As we purposely left it on so to charge our ipad, and the cleaner clean our room without informing us, also we did not know that if we wont allow our room to be clean we should leave card not to disturbed but we were not given the card. But anyway everything is ok. And i really appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel

Couple, one week

We booked this Hotel the night before we arrived. Staff was friendly and chatty and the check-in was very smooth. The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. We went at a time when the weather wasn't great for sunbathing, but the weather was perfect for walks along the seaside, which are again a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room was bigger than we expected, and the bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had a very good nights sleep.

Whole hotel is tiled. Very noisy. Rubbish collection is after midnight. Probably 10x worse in summertime.

Room was of a decent size with a small balcony, however hotel itself has no other facilities except breakfast/dinner room. Perfect for surfing or beach break.

Staff were pleasant, basic hotel as 3star, disappointed that I paid extra for a double room but did not get this only the lowest level single room with no financial reimbursement. They also would not allow me use the computer to print my boarding pass (I am old school and my phone does not do internet) I found a ciber cafe that allowed me and this only cost 0.70euro

The hotel probably isn't terrible, however I had a bad experience. The bed was plasticy and uncomfortable. The power is only on when your room key card is there to activate the power, which means you can't leave devices to charge in the room while out. What was terrible though was a persistent lead from the floor above resulting in persistent dripping and a puddle on the floor. I advised the hotel staff and they sent someone to investigate. They then asked when I would be out of the room so they could make repairs. I said I would be out all day. I returned late to find that now work had been done and the leak persisted. There was no attempt to put me in an alternate room. I have no idea where the leak originated, or of the cleanliness of the water dripping from the ceiling. I had to give up access to my room for allow for repairs that were not completed. The price would be reasonable in normal conditions, but it's expensive for a terrible experience.

the hotel is ok located in a noisy area throughout the night constant noise so not good if you want a quiet peaceful relaxing stay. Wifi rubbish the best time to get a good reception was between 6&8 am. Great location for the beach and lots of restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel room ok nil special had a great big rusty mark in the bath, off putting for showering. Spent a long weekend here so it was ok for a short period.

We wanted to enjoy the last few days of our visit to Gran Canaria. The hotel was close to the beach and to the shopping centre. So, the location was perfect for us. Our only concern was the neighborhood didn't look so comfy to go out at night. We noticed a lot of armed police around the beach during the day. Perhaps that has nothing to do with the hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Value for money. Close to everything.
