Friendly & helpful staff. No elevator so lobby clerk helped me carry my suitcase up to 3rd floor.

Breakfast is pretty pathetic. Just a couple granola bars. Decor needs a refresh but all was clean.

We stayed twice. The first time there was blood all over the carpet, and the beds were still dirty. Thankfully we always bring our own pillows blankets and sheets to any hotel. Second time we stayed there was trash and dirty socks under the bed pills on the floor and the bathroom was dirty. When asked for a refund the man was very rude and said that we paid with cash we can’t get a refund.

The room was old. The furniture was mixed matched and shaky. The bathroom was incredibly dated and the drain in the shower did not drain well. the Toilet and its seats didn't even match. The caulk in the shower was crumbling and falling out. I took a shower after my partner and the hot water ran out before i even rinsed my hair.

Great location. Easy drive to UVM. Really nice pool and hot tub. Good morning coffee. Clean room.

Dated decor. Very expensive for the value. We were there for grad weekend, so the prices were quite inflated.
