Didn't see any staff. Rooms cold, not clean, smelt of tobacco. Awful. TV not working. No hot water, no shower, little heating. Cannot believe this place exists. Just don't go there. Absolutely awful. Not good value.

Location was good for the venue we were in.

No heating until evening and morning. Strong musty smell in reception. Damp bedding. No staff visible apart from Manager who let us in.
