The Ship Inn Lerryn

We have stayed here before many years old the breakfast was good and the woman who served breakfast very nice. The hallway leading to the room needed the carpet replacing it was smelly like old cigarette. The shower tray filled up with water very quickly we feared it would over flow. The television signals were terrible we gave up.there were tiny little black flies on bedroom furniture. I have googled and they are drain flies. The toilet isn't fitted right and made a clacking noise against the cistern when you sat on it . It needs a bit of maintenance 🙄

The property is a very old building with lots of character which we liked.

Being on one of the main streets, you were woken by anyone in the street talking, cars going past and the gulls. Windows still wooden and no double glazing so can hear everything.

Absolutely lovely place to stay with amazing staff nothing to much trouble Lovely food as well

An amazing location. Parking took a bit of working out but got it sorted

The room ( room 1) was very dated. The shower kept blocking. The room was directly above delivery point for pub and shop, so very noisy after 5.30 am with the windows open to get fresh air. Plus the noise of the poxy seagulls

Exceptional family run hotel in the heart of Mevagissey. Friendly from the moment I walked in. Lovely old pub with beams and low ceilings, good service and great food.

Good location in the centre of Mevagissey the pub was packed when we arrived thankfully, it was less busy when we went for dinner later in the evening. Room was large, shower worked well and there was plenty of tea and coffee available. The food in the pub was of very good quality, the scallops in particular were the best I've ever eaten. Good breakfast which set us up well for our days walking.
