Incluso pidiendo la cancelación y devolución del importe de la reserva con más de dos meses de antelación, por motivo de grave enfermedad e intervención quirúrgica de mi hija, se negaron a llegar a ningún acuerdo y todo el importe fue cobrado.

Buona struttura, personale qualificato es efficiente, serviIo ristorazione con cucina internazionale TOP. Anche con la struttura piena i servizi non diminuiscono. Comodo con il mare anche se la costa risente del problema delle alghe. Animazione molto piacevole!

Super flot hotel som er børnevenlig. Rigtig god mad og dejlige medarbejdere. Man skal opmærksom på hvad alt inklusiv dækker! Det kom som en overraskelse at man skulle betale efter kl. 24 selv om man har betalt alt inklusiv.

After a safari in the wilderness of Kenya, we have spent a wonderful week with our family of six persons in this great beachhotel. The staff spoiled us with their hospitality and service. The hotel has a warm African feel in the design and ambiance, but with the comfort of a western hotel. At our arrival we were surprised by a building site in the corner of the hotelgarden. Fortunately we didn't experience any inconvenience of it. We had an unforgettable week.

Overall hotel is good with friendly staff but lots of mosquitoes which means I wouldn't go back. Have stayed in other Kenyan hotels where room was sprayed each night. We had to go to supermarket to buy our own.

It was a nice stay for 3 nights the food was good and the staff always ready to assist you. Nice beach but almost impossible to swim in the sea as the tide goes in for at least a hundred meters during low tide. When tide is in the sea water is muddy. Probably cz there's a river not too far away

We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. Staff are friendly and work hard to please. Service in the main bar and restaurant was good and in line with 3/4 star hotel, although some staff could do with some more training (I was not expecting 5 star service). Also, pool / beach beds staff very helpful as well as gardeners who brought us fresh coconuts on a couple of occassions. Rooms are basic (no TV, no kettle) but adequate with OK bathroom and bed. We stayed in the deluxe rooms and had a largish room with large verandah (which had a nice day bed) overlooking a large central garden courtyard. All rooms in the hotel are garden view. Reception area has a nice open air lounge with free wifi and great for relaxing with pre-dinner cocktails, etc. Beach boys roam the beach and stare into the hotel area - normal precautions apply. They will remain there as long as tourists continue to give them business (which I saw several times) despite the hotel advising against it. We didn't have a problem with them as we followed the hotel's advice not to talk to them.
