NOTHING except hotel is very near to Baga beach.

Had changed from favourite category room to star category room ( room nos 6) just few days before going to Goa to avail better facilities but found torn bed sheet ( pic with me), AC not working in start category room. Got room changed to favourite room ( room nos 9) after few hours of check in same day (1st June). In that room no intercom, door locks were loose and neither could be open or closed and always called staff for help, no dustbin in room, TV socket was loose and always getting off, in 3 days stay not less that 30 to 40 times electricity went off. Informed Dharmendra ( Manager) but he rather than helping he argued in very impolite manner. Anyhow stayed for 3 days. Worst was when went for making payment on 4th June the bill was made for star category room ( much higher charges). Again had bitter argument both with Dharmendra and Yogesh. Both were not ready to reduce the amount and charge for faviourite room where I stayed. When I threatened them that I will complain to police and also on social media then they very unwillingly charged correct rate. Both are cheats who are brainless and think can fool customer by charging wrong price. I am very sorry to say that even booking.com sent me a mail informing that I have been charged favourite catergory for star category room where I did not stay. Booking.com should find why they have been mis informed from Casa Baga. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Breakfast was not as expected.

Cleanliness in balcony of the room, we have selected a special room especially for balcony view which was disappointed as the balcony was not clean and there is no view point as well.

Location is top notch, with no disturbance, good for family.

Lighting in the rooms I found dull. Also the service was not too fast, food is fine.

Hotel manager is friendly.. good ethic..

Very rooms.. not clean at all.. cockroach on the bed tables. Telephone not working. Not proper lighting. Parking out the compound but have to pay.. no choice of breakfast. Very high price.

The location was brilliant, right in between the beach and bustling streets of Baga. The hotel was authentic and pretty, front of house staff were friendly. Pool area was clean.

Rooms are a bit more dated than the photos show. When we arrived we didn’t have any toilet roll or any water which was quickly sorted out. Don’t expect any hot water. Breakfast was the only big disappointment, we paid for bed and breakfast, the first morning we went down no one acknowledged us at all, we had to ask four times for a coffee and the food offering was minimal, the local families eating in there were being waited on and their every need catered for while we were ignored, we decided not to go to breakfast there for the rest of our stay.

Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts. Bedsheets and quilt was last changed when the hotel was made it seems. Towels and sheets smell of oil. Glasses and cups smell as if they were cleaned with floor cleaning clothes. Loud noise from the streeet entire night won't let you sleep. Better sleep on Baga beach itself than this.
