A little bit cramped in the room we had but it wascozy

Nice little place, central location, nothing to criticise about the property or hosts. On the downside the room was on the top floor which was a lot of steps for a 4 year old. The street was on the main route to bridlington bus station, thus noisy and busy throughout the day. It was also very noisy until the small hours. The location - the road it's on - does appear to be quite run down, which is a shame for the property and the hosts. But bridlington as a whole is not what it used to be, and not the sort of place where you want to be onbthe streets after dusk . . .

See above. No complaints at all about the guest house.

The rooms were clean and having to use tow due to booking errors out of our, or the guest house's control we saw multiple rooms.

The fact booking.com can't sort the room allocation with the guest house, so we booked a twin room for 2 nights which we got but it was two different rooms so we had to move rooms between nights which meant we had no access to our room or bags during the day. Parking was only based on there being a space in the vicinity, one day it was outside the others it was streets away.

The location is brilliant! The place was lovely and clean and big enough for us. We are rebooking for next year for sure, would highly recommend.

The fact that we didn't book for longer 😂

After a 2hr 40 minutes drive we were turned away because of over booking fault. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. All of this was due to my wife and myself trying to relax pending the outcome of my appointment with a consultant to define whether my tumour is malignant or benign in my throat and head. Hope someone head a more relaxing time than what we had. Never ever set foot in Bridlington ever again. Having used Booking. Com several times without any problems whatsoever this guest house in my opinion should never be allowed on any booking agency ever again. Totally unprofessional beyond comparison.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were in Bridlington with friends for the weekend. The room was comfortable for what we wanted. It's in a great location for everything.

The staff was lovely and very helpful I will be coming with my children again next year
