"sorry, but i am not satisfied with the hotel service."

the location is very convenient. less than 10 mins walk from the station.

they dont have cleaning service, not even a change of towels and pajamas every night. the foam of the bed is too big for the bedframe (we booked for 2 people) it seems like they only replaced the foam to fit for 2 people. the tv only got 1 channel. the room is dusty when we enter the room, have to wipe the table by ourselves. one of the cabenet drawer is broken.

おすすめはしません。駅からは近いですが、入り口は草がぼうぼうと生えていて、廃棄かと思いました。フロントデスクは午後3時から翌朝8時しか対応してくれる人が居ませんし、部屋はとても綺麗に清掃してるとは思いませんでした。他に選択肢があるなら、このホテルはおすすめしません。

"best location"

Hotel is very near Amagasaki Hanshin station. not sure of the wifi since I have mobile data. we stayed in 8F. I liked it there. kind and helpful staffs. we're able to borrow umbrella when we went out. we got some toiletries in the reception area. perfect room for 2 people.. we were not able to use the kettle and microwave because we were almost out the whole day. but its nice to have them there. i think they are strict of check out time. the cleaners were waiting for us outside the room.

"Near Amagasaki *HANSHIN* station -- not JR"

Important: This hotel is located one block from Amagasaki *Hanshin* station, not Amagasaki JR. Since Google Maps has both stations listed as only "Amagasaki", we didn't realize there were two, and went to the wrong one. We had to wait an hour in the freezing cold for a city bus, because no train line connects the two and it's an hour's walk between them. On the plus side, though, it is very convenient to the airport limousine bus. The hotel seems like it was a slick business hotel a decade or so ago, but has gotten slightly shabby since. Everything was OK except for the cigarette smoke seeping in to our non-smoking room all night long.

1. NO ONE TO CARRY THE LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM. 2. ROOM WAS BOOKED FOR TWO ADULTS AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN THERE WAS A BED OF 4' X 4' WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP ON. 3. NO ROOM SERVICE. 4. DURING MY STAY THE ROOM WAS NOT EVEN CLEANED ONCE EVEN AFTER PUTTING THE "MAKE MY ROOM SIGN" ON THE DOOR, WHICH I LATER REALISED THAT THEY HAVE ONLY ONE STAFF ON PART TIME BASIS FOR CLEANING WHO USED TO COME IN THE MORNINGS ITSELF.
