"Worst experience ever - Pictures & rooms have no similarly!!"

The pictures showed in the website and the real rooms looked completely different. I asked the receptionist to change the room still the room was very shabby, it was smaller than the pictures, it had less furniture and the toilet was completely different from pictures. I request a refund

Расположение и территория отеля прекрасны, свой пляж, но учтите, что шезлонгов на нем нет, есть на соседнем. Номер с видом на море, ванная комната требует ремонта, но мы понимали, соотношение цена-качество. Кухня индийская, на завтрак были бананы, дыня, папайя. По запросу делали омлет. Персонал очень отзывчивый, учли все просьбы и помогли нам в розыске нашего багажа, который авиакомпания потеряла. Спасибо огромное! Аюрвведические массажи хороши, рекомендую.

Вайфай плохой, увы. В номерах его нет.

"Faulty Towers of Kovalam"

The swimming pool was nice and the views from the breakfast balcony. The staff were friendly, but there were communication issues. Having travelled all round Kerela, this our final location and hotel was disappointing.

The whole hotel needed a refurbishment. A good sized room but the dated furniture all in the wrong place for phone charging, etc. No hot water. Some of our group of travellers had a wash basin in the shower. A very noisy foyer meant a poor night's sleep with the comings and goings of guests heading out for their 1AM airport transfer.
