Personale gentile, ambienti puliti. Aria condizionata ben funzionante e posizione centrale.

La struttura è molto datata, la stanza era piccola, la doccia piccolissima. La colazione poco curata, un'arancia ammuffita nel cestino, il succo andato a male. Rapporto qualità prezzo completamente fuori misura.

Es hieß, das Hotel sei 350 m vom Zentrum. Dass es 350 m steil bergauf ist, wurde nicht erwähnt. Außerdem war die Adresse irreführend, da das Hotel sich quasi in einer Einfahrt befindet, keine richtige Straße. Frühstück war enttäuschend, kein Aufzug, Wasserhahn in der Dusche fiel ab sobald man es berührt! Kein Stadtplan zur Verfügung. Parkplatz zu haben direkt neben dem Hotel war wahrscheinlich das allerbeste.
