El personal, buffet, piscina y chorros para los mas pequeños y la ubicacion.

El paking que aunque no esta lejos (50m de la entrada del hotel), no es muy comodo al tener que ir con las maletas encima. El colchon no es comodo, necesitan un cambio. A llegar a la habitacion habia muchisimos mosquitos, los matamos, y avisamos al personal. Pusieron un enchufe antimosquitos y no tuvimos ningun problema mas en toda la semana. No es culpa del hotel pero nos llamo mucho la atencion la mala educacion de los usuarios. Mucha comida (todo incluido) dejada por las esquinas, tumbonas ocupadas con toallas horas...

La piscina es maravillosa. Las chicas de animación muy dispuestas y prestas. El show de magia fue maravilloso. El area de niños me gusto, le falta algo de mantenimiento pero esta genial

El aire acondicionado enfriaba poco. La calidad de los cócteles estaba un poco precaria. Dos ascensores es muy poco para el tamaño del hotel, a veces hay que esperar mucho.
