Well located , clean friendly, nice breakfast

Nice, clean room with a massive bathroom. Also loved having a balcony! Location was great - right on the beach, lots of restaurants around.

Really noisy! The stairs really echo and other guests were not so considerate about this. I had to use earplugs just to dull the noise a bit.

No free guest water. No gift shop.

Location was convenient.

The elevators were not working for the tower we were in, so had to carry luggage up two floors after elevator stopped at 4th flr. The corridors were not air conditioned and very hot. The room was not well kept, slow bathroom drain and room AC was very touchy. Within 10mins if entering our room a elderly guest collapsed and had a serious medical issue. We assisted the couple and the staff on site. The ambulance took a very long time to arrive and my husband was asked by staff to assist in translating and assist EMTs with injured guest down the flights of stairs to the elevator. Staff was rude and hotel manager was dismissive. We had to leave early and argue amount the amount of refund.
