The location was great. Very close to all amenities and a stroll to the beach.

Lack of atmosphere

Great location

The location was excellent. The sea view room we requested was more of a pool/ sea view room. Large bathroom. Extremely clean rooms and hotel in general. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. Breakfast selection was very good. Lovely pool area and very quiet. The beach was literally on the doorstep. Lovely rooftop terrace and bar with fabulous views.

The rooms were not very big. We had booked what we thought was a larger/ superior room but it still had 2 single beds pushed together. Very small wardrobe and storage. The lift seemed to break frequently and I got stuck in it for half an hour. No air conditioning as it was May.

The check-in process was efficient and friendly (Well done Lola!). There was a good view of Porto de Soller from the hotel.

Twin beds weren't really Twin: faux twin, i.e. right next to each other.

Bestlage am Strand, mit umliegenden Lokalen und Promenade. Rooftop-Bar mit ausgezeichnetem Ausblick und Service.
