Crystal Beach Hotel

I really liked the location, especially with having young kids! I liked that we were close to everything and we could see the ocean.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of our room. We found several items that weren’t ours in it (hygiene products, trash & bathing suits). The sheets had stains on them, the towels had pubic hair on them. We brought up a concern about our sink not draining to the front desk and it was not addressed for our entire stay, it was the only sink in the room so it made bottle washing pretty annoying.

Housekeeping did not bring towels or clean room unless you asked them to do so

I liked the view from the balcony. I liked that it is in the boardwalk but separated from the busy area.

Not very clean the sheets had blotches of blood on them. No wash clothes. Also the outlets don’t work right.

The room had a musty mildew smell like the basement the room keys never worked they had to replace it on the door we had to wait a hour to get in the door.

I always book summer vacation here. It is always clean. It is the perfect location being right on the boardwalk. Happy Jacks (breakfast) is right behind us. The beach is right in front us and the hotel has 2 pools. One pool is out front and the other pool is on second floor with the Barracudas Bar and Grill. You get what you pay for and here you will not be disappointed. The rooms are comfortable-nice size with plenty of room to move. The bathrooms are roomy. It is quiet and family oriented. We enjoy going to activities downtown but love coming back to a quieter location for bedtime. There are plenty of businesses close to us, also. Staff are always friendly and ready to help. Everything always works. I am never disappointed.
