Die wunderschöne Villa liegt abseits des Orts, nahe am Fluss Po in einer parkähnliche Anlage mit großem Pool und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das alte, liebevoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtete Haus hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Unsere Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen herzlich und stand zu jeder Zeit für uns zur Verfügung. Sie ist sehr engagiert und hatte viele Tipps und Ideen, wir haben uns sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt.

This was one of the strangest experiences I've ever had when it comes to booking an accommodation. Despite the charming surroundings and interesting estate, the stay was disappointing for me and my pregnant wife, who were simply looking for a calm and comfortable break. We chose this property because it advertised two amenities that were important to us: parking and air conditioning. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who allowed us to check in early and showed us a convenient parking space near the entrance, which we greatly appreciated. After settling into our room, we were told that air conditioning would not be necessary because the room would remain cool. This seemed unusual, but we accepted the explanation, assuming the AC could be turned on if needed. (The switch to turn it on is not accessible from the room, despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity). The owner needs to physically turn on the AC from a switchboard somewhere in the building. Unfortunately, after a hot June day, the south-facing room never cooled down. That evening, we requested that the AC be switched on, but this did not happen. As a result, both my wife and I had an extremely uncomfortable and sleepless night. The experience was frustrating enough that we considered changing hotels and contacted Booking.com. The following morning, the owner finally turned on the AC in front of me, but accompanied this with a sarcastic remark about the building being a 17th-century manor house, as though that somehow excused withholding an advertised amenity and leaving guests uncomfortable throughout the night. What happened next was even more concerning. Later that day, I received a WhatsApp message from the owner claiming that the AC had been on all night, despite my having personally witnessed it being switched on only that morning. This felt like an attempt to create a record in case of a complaint or refund request.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin an der Reception , tolles altes Gebäude mit stilgerechter Möblierung und sehr schönes Gesamtassemble. Freundlicher Empfang durch die Chefin mit Kaffee Kuchen und Zimmerupgrade.

Pool nicht zu benutzen , Parkplatz ohne jeglichen Schatten , Käfer im Bett und die unfreundliche Reaktion des Hausherrn auf meinen Hinweis darauf, sehr einfaches und spärliches Frühstück , Klimaanlage wurde von der Zentrale abgeschaltet und nur auf expliziten Wunsch wieder aktiviert.

Al nostro arrivo la colazione ci era stata proposta come ricca e a km 0, invece è stata un po’ deludente e mancava il caffè espresso. 15 euro a persona un po’ esagerati. Camere poco insonorizzate
