Tranquillità, serenità e pace. Per chi ha bisogno di rilassarsi e per le famiglie con bambini è un'ottima struttura.

Struttura tenuta bene, ideale per famiglie e coppie. Personale molto gentile e alla mano. Struttura immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità assoluta.

Un super séjour, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le lieux est calme. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et très copieux. Très bonne expérience.

Please do not follow the location listed for this area. On Apple Maps look up “Villa Carlo resort” it shows “closed” not sure why but it’s the correct address . The one listed on the website takes you in the middle of no where please look it up yourself. When you arrive at gate call front desk they will open it for you. We went during ferregusto and they did not offer lunch ins but the breakfast is incredible and has everything you can think of and they can also cater in for you (room service) the pool was in excellent condition but this location is more in the suburbs of Marsala if your looking for a quiet retreat this is for you if not find a place in town square. Note: we booked two double beds but we were only two people so they will only give you one bed upon arrival. Bring your own towels for the pool the ones they provide are very thin however clean. Staff is very nice and super attentive. There is an open bar with some chips / beer/ water. And there is usually always a parking spot behind the gate to park cars. It is family owned and there is usually no staff past 8 pm so be sure to check in before that . Lovely stay thank you villa Carlo!

Struttura gradevole e tranquilla adatta per un buon relax

Struttura piccola e con tutti i confort, ti senti a casa per le continue coccole e la voglia di farti sentire completamente a tuo agio per tutto.Io avevo preferito una struttura di piccole dimensioni piuttosto che un grande albergo per la voglia di relax e pace che trovi assolutamente in questo resort.Un tre stelle che ne merita cinque per l’accoglienza e il trattamento al mio piccolo cagnolino di un kg e mezzo che hanno coccolato in continuazione. Un ringraziamento particolare alla proprietaria Maria Grazia che se n’è presa cura come se fosse la sua cagnetta per permettere a noi di godere di una bellissima escursione alle isole Egadi che sarebbe durata una giornata intera. La zona di Trapani è la mia preferita e se dovessi tornarci sceglierei di nuovo questo posto.

Es war ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit neuen Zimmern ( zwar etwas klein , aber zum Schlafen ok) das Bad war sehr schön. Angenehme Bettwäsche und Hand/ Duschtücher aus Baumwolle- Waffelpique. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Da der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht so funktionierte , wie er sollte, gab es noch einen großen Gastronomiekühlschrank für die Gäste an der Poolbar . Wir haben auch gegrillt in der Barbecueecke, es war auch ein Gasherd u eine Mikrowelle vorhanden . Für den Müll standen Abfallbehälter zum Müll trennen zur Verfügung. Der Pool und die Poolanlage war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Es waren genügend Liegen für alle Gäste da … Das Auto wurde sicher im Resortgelände geparkt . Alles war durch Mauern und Tore abgegrenzt, so konnte auch unser kleiner Hund , der sehr willkommen war und verwöhnt wurde , nirgends abhauen .Er durfte auch mit an die Poolanlage,.Das Frühstücksbüffet war sensationell mit allem was das Herz begehrt . Generell war das Personal , sowie die Eigentümer der Anlage sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und stets bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Da die Abfahrt unserer Fähre ab Palermo am Abreisetag 3 x nach hinten verschoben wurde und wir letztendlich erst nachts um 0.15 Uhr ablegten , wurde uns großzügigerweise angeboten , das Zimmer und die Anlage solange zu nutzen , bis wir spätnachmittags abreisten . Das war ein sehr entgegenkommendes großzügiges Angebot. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen 👍
