Gostamos muito do hotel e do atendimento. O pessoal foi extremamente prestativo. Estávamos vindo de San Andrés, pegamos um voo de madrugada e chegamos bem cansados, mas a equipe fez de tudo para antecipar nossa acomodação. Além disso, o hotel conta com uma ótima estrutura e uma localização excelente. Experiência nota 10!

Everything about this hotel is lovely! The historic building is well maintained and very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, we had nothing but positive interactions with everyone. The complimentary breakfast was cooked to order with fresh fruit, coffee, juices, and breads. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Cartagena

"Magnifique hôtel"

Nous étions dans une chambre lumineuse, calme et très propre (3eme étage donnant sur la petite piscine). Le lit était très confortable. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des choix de plat tous aussi délicieux les uns que les autres. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour se balader à pied dans la ville et la rue est très belle.

"Sweet and well located home from home"

The staff is very helpful-Jennifer helped me to talk to the transfer company to trace my mobile phone and the driver did come back. Life saver! The location is perfect, about 50m away from the happening square. The ambience is comfy, quirky and homey.
