"Beautiful Lipari"

Great location, walking distance into Lipari. We all had comfortable, clean rooms and enjoyed the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent stay......just not long enough!!!

WiFi was a bit patchy in our room, but perhaps to be expected.

"Bien mais pour le prix ça devrait être mieux."

L’emplacement était parfait, juste 15 min à pied du port et pareil pour aller en centre ville. Le petit déjeuner était bien. Magnifique vue sur la mer et les bateaux. Bel et grande piscine. Et très romantique restaurant. Parking au dessus de l’hôtel pour le scooter que nous avons loué.

Le pommeau de douche était cassé, on nous a pas changé de chambre. Il y a des extra charges pour absolument tout, ça en devient absurde. Pour changer les linges il faut payer. Pour avoir un jus pressé au petit déjeuner, il faut là aussi payer. Les œufs brouillés étaient tous matins froids, pareil pour le bacon etc. Il y a une écriture gravée sur le plan de travail à la réception qui glace le sang, je pense qu’il feraient mieux de l’enlever très rapidement.

"Lovely hotel with helpful staff and very good breakfasts"

The hotel was charming and convenient with beautiful views. I loved the private outdoor area. We spent several very pleasant afternoons at the pool bar. The staff was very helpful booking excursions and a massage.

The air conditioning wasn't working well. We were only in the room at night and it was warm.

"Luogo incantevole, struttura impeccabile e staff accogliente. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio."

In primis, lo staff: dalle receptionists, ai camerieri e allo chef. In secundis, l’architettura, i colori delle decorazioni e l’atmosfera di serenità.

Terminare il soggiorno, purtroppo.
