Please note that the front-desk will be operating only from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Please kindly note that there is a (single gauge) railway track between the hotel and the beach. A deposit of 50% of the total room charge will be taken 14 days prior to arrival, with the balance due upon check-in. FESTIVE SEASON STAYS: A mandatory Christmas Eve dinner supplement of USD 125.00 per person and mandatory New Year's Eve dinner supplement of USD 150.00 per person will be charged separately for the 3rd and 4th Person. Children up to 3 years will have no additional charge. 50% discount is applicable for children between 4-11 years on the above dinner charges. The above extra person charges will be invoiced separately, as indicated above.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "A must stay in Bentota"

The hotel was total luxury from when you enter. Great welcome by the staff, beautiful grounds, beautiful pool and lovely rooms. Trains going past was a cool touch and can walk straight down to the most stunning beach. Can walk along and there are great beach bars and loads of people playing volleyball. We were at the hotel for a family wedding and it was incredible. Would find it difficult to find a hotel that comes close to it in the area.

Genuinely find it hard to criticise anything.

"Wonderful stay at a wonderful premise"

- Wonderful place, large green garden, large and cosy-warm pool - large, very nicely decorated rooms - excellent breakfast and dinner - hotel team prepared a birthday cake for my wife and even sang a birthday song

- when train passes the premise it is a bit noisy, but this is acceptable as everything else was wonderful

Beds were fabulous. Close to beach. All staff were very good and attentive.

Could do with a few more sun beds as some people put towels on them early.

"Exceptional"

The bed was the comfiest we had slept in during our time in Sri Lanka. The hotel was incredibly peaceful and beautifully decorated, and right next to a very quiet beach. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. It was the end of our holiday and a great place to relax before our flight home.
