駅からすぐでチェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりを快く受けてくださいました。館内も清潔で、朝食付きなのも良かったです。

全室空調が一括なのはよくあるとは思いつつ、ツインで9階を利用した1泊目は寒くて、ダブルで5階を利用した時はかなり暑かったです。もう少し調整できると良いと思いました。
