"Interesting building"

Nice hotel. Transfer from the airport was free but for transfer to the airport I had to pay. Staff was cooperative and friendly. Breakfast was very straight forward and I was not impressed with it.

"Fint hotell"

Kjempefint hotell, lett å finne når man kjører selv. Litt vanskelig med kommunikasjon, da få ansatte snakket engelsk, og all info om hotellet sto kun på russisk. Fin resturang med god mat og nydelig atmosfære. Hotellets museum hadde tekster på engelsk.

"Gibt es nur ein Wort "Bombastisch""

Anreise ist problematisch, da das Europa-Navi nicht funktioniert und ein Update von Russland war nicht zu bekommen! Aufenthalt war unwahrscheinlich angenehm, Empfang sehr freundlich! Die Außenanlagen, das Flair, im und ums Hotel kann einen wirklich zurückversetzen ins Mittelalter! Ich würde dieses Hotel sofort erneut buchen! Die Ritterspiele bringen ein Stück Vergangenheit! Toiletten äußerst interessant, sind ein Foto wert! Das russische Volk ist sehr gesellig und gastfreundlich, nicht nur die Angestellten des Hotels, sondern auch die Gäste. Der Wäscheservice, für Schmutzwäsche ist sehr schnell und günstig erledigt worden! Spa-Bereich ist sehr großzügig und vorteilhaft arrangiert, die Massagen super!

Отель не плохой, идея хорошая, но персонал конечно очень своеобразный. Из крайности в крайность. Отдых делают люда, а там встречаются персонажи от полного не адеквата, до милых дам. Но попробовать, хоть на ночь, надо.

Недостатки: - Для отеля 4* совершенно недопустимо присутствие, например, водителя автобуса в ресторане. Каждое утро водитель сидел за стойкой бара, причем в верхней одежде! завтракал, пил кофе! Работники администрации делали то же самое! - Для отеля 4* совершенно недопустимо, когда горничные болтают у стойки на рецепшн! - Для отеля 4* постель менять желательно хотя бы через два дня! Мы проживали в номере 5 дней, а постель не поменяли ни разу!!!
