Bardzo udany pobyt. Lokalizacja hotelu dla narciarzy świetna. Lokalizacja narciarni doskonała- znacznie poprawia komfort korzystania ze stoku. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i uczynny. Śniadania bez zarzutu. Trafiliśmy na okres między Świętami a feriami w związku z tym nigdzie nie było tłoku (na stoku, w hotelu).

To nasz pierwszy pobyt w Dr Eris i wygląda, że nie ostatni. Do Krynicy wróciliśmy po wielu latach, szukając przede wszystkim wysokiej klasy hotelu blisko gondoli na Jaworzynę. Była klasa, było blisko. Nie bardzo rozumiem głosy oburzenia innych gości. Czy to frustracja? Bo nie sposób nie dostrzec: znakomitej obsługi, pięknego widoku, wygodnych pokoi, dobrej organizacji, miłej atmosfery, solidnej strefy spa z zewnętrznym jacuzzi, a przede wszystkim niezwykle smacznego jedzenia. Specjalne ciepłe słowa dla Pani Gabrieli.
