"Goed hotel maar met airco zou het een stuk aangenamer zijn"

Zeer schoon hotel en vriendelijk personeel

Geen airconditioning. Het was erg warm en dus erg slecht kunnen slapen. Ook deed de tv het niet

"Rustgevend voormalig klooster-hotel in het kuuroord Mondorf-les-Bains"

Een mooi gerenoveerd voormalig klooster. Enkel jammer was dat de temperatuurcontrole in mijn kamer niet optimaal was - zeer warm. Wat zeer positief opviel was het enthousiasme en de gedrevenheid van het receptiepersoneel, zowel de receptioniste van zondagavond als die van maandagmorgen. Zeer aangenaam. Ook het ontbijt was prima verzorgd en de badkamer was mooi up to date.

De warmte in mijn kamer. De receptioniste legde uit dat men beperkt was om er veel aan te doen, doordat het gebouw als monument geklasseerd is.

"Erg goed op missen airco en beter ontbijt na."

Ontbijt miste ik kraiser broodjes of gewoon wit brood dat je kan snijden. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk, badkamer goed douche kop te smal

Geen airco en de ven die er stond moest je steeds opnieuw aanzetten was met een aftel timer. Was bloed heet in de kamer en we zijn vaak gestoken door iets.

"Très bon hotel à coté des thermes"

Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Lit confortable, personnel aimable. À quelques minutes à pied du centre thermale; arrêt bus pour aller à la gare centrale de Luxembourg à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

"Friendly staff, superb breakfast, top hotel"

Super friendly staff Superb breakfast Dog friendly Beautyful building

Booking.com did not inform the property that we travelled with a pet although we ticked the corresponding box in th booking process. This created some confusing at check in. But the staff handled it very customer minded. Extra charges for pets apply but are not excessive.
