My husband (Paul Mullen) and I had an amazing experience staying at Grandmas Seminyak. We initially booked only a few days while preparing for our wedding, but after our wedding we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back and extend our stay for almost three weeks. The hotel is affordable, but the level of service truly feels like a 5-star hotel. The rooms and public areas were always clean, tidy, and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Although the swimming pool is not very large, it became one of my favorite places in the hotel. I spent hours relaxing there and always felt comfortable and at peace. I would especially like to thank several staff members who made our stay even more memorable: Pak Ketut from Security, as well as Era, Dhea, and Nidia from the Front Office. They were always welcoming, attentive, and willing to help. There are also many other staff members who contributed to our wonderful experience, even though I cannot mention everyone by name. Thank you to the entire Grandmas Seminyak team for making such an important moment in our lives even more special. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We will always remember our time here and would gladly stay again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and great value in Seminyak.
