New Garden View Resort

Location and food were great, pools were good, rooms were clean, beds very very comfortable and aircon nice and cold. Sunset view from rooftop pool absolutely amazing.

For Bali, I found the staff not very friendly or engaging unlike almost every other hotel I've stayed at, felt like I was asking for the world when I asked to leave bags in storage for a couple of hours when I returned from a short stay in Sanur. I stayed in the poolside rooms which I found have no charm at all, just very very basic, could do with a seat inside room to relax out of the heat. The bathrooms could do with a little work, and at times there was no water pressure at all.

The location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness and the towels and sheets all need replacing. If they are grey I would say they need new ones.

It was comfortable, our room was spacious and just perfect. We requested a quieter room away from the y bar noise and it was honoured. Staff were really lovely and helpful right throughout our stay

Overall it was great, our towels in the room when we arrived were a little old and falling apart. We requested new towels to replace them and it was fine from there on in.
