The location, the staff, the choice of pool areas and the value for money. I have stayed here 8-9 times, I absolutely love it!

Sometimes (though not always) the rooftop area is hired out for private events at night. During our stay on Level 4, the music was quite loud and the bass could be felt in the room until close to midnight. That said, I have stayed at this property 8–9 times, and this is the first time I have experienced this issue or any issue for that matter.

Location

When a noise complaint was made to staff there was no follow up and guests were very loud till late. This was disappointing

Great location, great room location nice and close to the pool. Over all we loved it there.

The pillows were to big to high gave me a sore neck.

Pool .service .close to everything.plenty of water given

The room was run down .the bathroom door someone had damaged it before .towel rail broken and mozzies in room.walking around was good ground was a little damaged .the bed was firm pillows lumpy.
