La situation géographique de l’hôtel avec vue directe sur le lac ; bon petit déjeuner varié ; et baignoire spa dans la chambre

À l’arrivée la chambre n’était pas parfaitement propre mais ensuite le nettoyage de la chambre était bien fait

女性員工態度優良，面帶笑容，且對於問題有問必答、整體素質佳； 男性員工雖面無表情、回話較無情緒，但不影響服務品質及工作態度，仍然能感受到用心程度。 對於員工服務整體感受佳。

住宿房間清潔程度差，一進門雖能看到面湖的美景，但一低頭就看到地板有水果果肉且被螞蟻簇擁的畫面；窗戶看起來沒有清潔，灰塵偏厚；大小浴巾雖擺放整齊，但數條毛巾沾有黑色污漬。 整體而言，軟體設施沒有問題，硬體設施進步空間極大。 抱歉以上內容忘了拍照證明，如未來有其他房客遇到建議拍照證明，避免空以評論敘述。
