The location was amazing the rooms were very clean just a bit basic, plenty of hot water and really friendly and accommodating staff

The lake side rooms where a bit noisy at night but we were moved to a quieter room with no fuss, rooftop restaurant had great views but as on the fourth floor with no lifts was a bit tiring to go for breakfast in the morning, but can’t fault the location or the views

Amazing hospitality by Mr Irshad. He is very polite and very helpful The view from roof top is beautiful The place is calm and has great price

Well run place in good central location.

There were a lot of stairs. You have to be Mobile.

La jolie porte qui fermait avec un cadenas, très sympa. La localisation de l'hôtel. La petite terrasse au-dessus de la chambre, avec la vue sur le lac Pichola. Prendre notre petit-déjeuner à la terrasse du restaurant était vraiment agréable. La disponibilité et l'accueil du personnel, qui avait toujours réponse à nos questions. La possibilité de changer de la monnaie. Très belle ancienne Haveli, bien entretenue.

Juste une petite remarque : peut-être un manque d'aération dans la salle de bain et donc beaucoup de buée et de condensation par moments. Mais c'est un détail.

The facilities and rooms are more favoured to foreigners and room facilities were not good.

Good location with clean rooms with coffee and tea making facilities.

No lifts to restaurant - breakfast was expensive at 495 Rupees per person . Cars not allowed to hotel so you have to take a rickshaw . Would not recommend the place for anyone who has mobility issues
