Ótima localização, próximo a diversas atrações, restaurantes e metrô. Café da manhã honesto e com bom custo benefício. As áreas comuns, inclusive os banheiros, estavam limpos e bem organizados, contendo todo o necessário.

O ponto negativo foi a cama da beliche superior, que não era confortável e rangia bastante ao movimentar. O quarto compartilhado é para 6 pessoas e havia malas, roupas e sapatos dos hóspedes espalhados, embora o quarto dispusesse de armários para todos. Havia também um cheiro desagradável persistente.
