Great hostel, comfy beds, good location

Staff need to.be educated on what Coeliac is..shower in and floor was freezing but quite refreshing. Air con would be good

Lage nah am Zentrum, optisch schön, Frühstück von der Auswahl her super. Es gab kostenlose Handtücher.

Es gibt viel zu wenige Badezimmer und die vorhandenen sind durch die starke Benutzung schnell sehr dreckig. Häufig fällt das warme wasser aus. Das Frühstück könnte ruhig etwas länger gehen. Ich weiß nicht, warum man bei der Rezeption dafür eine Marke bekommt, um sie 5 Sekunden später bei dem Mitarbeiter am Buffet abzugeben, der direkt daneben ist. Es wäre logischer, wenn jeder Gast am Anfang des Aufenthaltes eine Marke bekommt und dieses einfach nur jedes Mal vorzeigt. Die Platten mit Käse usw. Werden nicht gekühlt und der Käse schwitzt sehr schnell. Ich würde empfehlen, für die Auslage Kühlpacks unter die Platten zu legen, damit die nicht so schnell warm werden. Am meisten Gestört hat mich aber das Bett. Es war schief, sodass man ständig auf eine Seite gerutscht ist und einzelne Latten fehlten.
