A property can be of an older style however my expectation is it will be clean, in good repair and priced accordingly - it ticked none of these boxes

It has an excellent and amazing location, 100m from the beach and Justin’s Park. Very close to good restaurants eateries and shops. Not much need for a car if you’re just planning to stay around Burleigh. Beds are comfortable and the 1br apartment was spacious. I’d booked three nights, before I exactly knew my schedule, and my main regret is that I didn’t book four.

Lighting in the apartment (esp LR) might need a refresh. A floor lamp would be a nice touch. Placement of the some of the electrical outlets was slightly odd; it’s an older construction style. Also the units themselves don’t have much of a view at least on the ground floor — but in summer at least the convenient location makes up for that. While there of plenty of eateries close by, the closest supermarket to walk to is on the small side. Bigger ones are up in North Burleigh so if you’re planning to cook meals you might want to plan for that.
