Friendly staff and quiet location

Some of the rooms may require a refresh, I would have liked a bigger balcony

The stuff was nice and helpful. There was no problem with booking changes. The room was clean, and spacious. I was able to work remotely without any issues.

Noi & Chris are wonderful hosts, scooter hire, organising taxi to Airport, recommendations for eating out 5*. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Quiet area in Patong. Everyone friendly nearby and short walk to beach & to town + attractions. Loved our stay. Thank you 😊

The owners were so friendly and helpful and gave us lots of advice, booked a trip for us and arranged our taxi to the airport. Breakfast was great and was available on any day we wanted it, without booking in advance. The room was fully equipped with a comfortable bed and a kitchen area where you could cook a meal if you want to (we didn't use it but great if you're staying a while and on a budget). Sancho the dog was very cute too!

My wife and I lived in a room with a kitchen and a balcony for a little more than a month. Room: More than enough for 2, large mirrors, I think a great place for freelancers, there are two workplaces, the quality of the Internet and wifi is good, a large number of establishments near hotel. It was convenient to cook on your own, the cooking and eating kits were good, almost nothing had to be bought. Location: The location of the hotel is excellent, quiet place, some of night markets within walking distance, a lot of bike rentals, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. A large selection of food establishments for fast delivery, 10 minutes walk to Patong beach, 15-20 minutes to central patong. On the bike 3-4 minutes. Service: I really liked the cleaning, high-quality, every day, it was not scary to leave expensive equipment in the room during cleaning. There was also an opportunity to order breakfast, coffee and other food, but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Staff: It's just 10 points out of 10. Very cool, friendly, humorous and always positive owners and employees. An unusual member of the team is a dog. Very nice and friendly! In general, the atmosphere in the hotel is family, We didn't want to leave.

this place is nice if you don't need to work occasionally

WIFI in the room is very unreliable, it's ok only in the lobby. Which means lots of people sitting in the lobby if they need to work or to do voice calls. Which again means that sometimes WIFI in the lobby also degraded. No possibility to get any help about that from the staff. They are sure that their equipment is totally fine, which is not - check my photos.
