Proximity to the beach; pools

- shower was not clean and full of sand - floor in apartment not cleaned and covered in sand - cockroaches in apartment - aircon leaked - no beach views despite being assured our room had ‘spectacular’ and ‘unimpeded’ views and was the sole reason for us booking this apartment

Location is good and the views of the ocean are fabulous. Plenty of nice walks along the boardwalk, good restaurant selection near by.

Have to wait to pay deposit for room before given the 2nd room key, which was inconvenient.

Location.value for money

Bathrooms were very dated. The one airconditioner did cool the main bedroom.

Close to the beach, a clean apartment with very hospitable staff.

Need to get used to the bed. Otherwise, it's a very lovely family holiday

Incredible location. Lovely pool. Huge apartment with massive rooms.

The interior was a little dated

Great location to Burleigh shops etc, apartment was clean, had a well equipped kitchen & laundry facilities. The beds were comfy and the view was amazing. Grounds & pool area well maintained.

Ocean view is amazing. Pools and sauna are very good.

It would be nice to have aircon inside the master bedroom as the one at the living room doesn't really reach that end. There were many cockroachs inside the apartment. Some very large. Some places had a lot of dust.
