Good price and relatively close to downtown. Nice people running things well.

Very old school motel that is in serious need of updating. Some of the fixtures I know date from the 80s. The room I had smelled like it was a smoking room 20 years ago, not good!

The motel is located a bit outside the city center in the North End (about 10 minutes by car to downtown Halifax), but it offers free parking and easy access to major highways, which was very convenient for us. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice retro charm. The bed was good after long days exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a solid, affordable stay with great value for the price. Would recommend for travelers who appreciate free parking and a quieter location rather than being directly downtown.

Hotel isa $ 10-15 Uber ride from downtown. It was less expensive than the downtown hotels and was getting very tired look in the bedrooms. The housekeeping team did not do a very good job with details. Overall is was ok and did represent decent value for that time of year but I would look for something newer and closer to downtown next time.

Furnishings in the room were getting pretty tired and housekeeping did not do a very thorough job. I made coffe first morning in room and when I checked out 3 days later the coffee filter was still in the machine and stall coffee still in the pot. Also my bathroom floor mat was there on day 1 but was never replaced. Small things but felt like a very average motel experience.

It was definatly comfortable and clean. Staff was lovely very helpful.

Breakfast wasn't included which is fine They do have breakfast to purchase, sorry it was horrible. Cold when got to the table.
