"Lower your expectation"

There was free parking on site, so you don't have to pay extra for parking. The location is not too far from downtown, not walking distance though.

The floor is not very clean. Facility is old. Very small bathroom. Didn't even try to use the bath/shower.

Good location

Could have a microwave in the rooms an the heat is way to warm at night an ya can’t turn it down

It's pretty run down but ok to sleep there and good location for downtown waterfront 15-20 cab ride
