North Adventure Inn

This is a work in progress. It is undergoing refurbishment. It seems an ideal place for anyone wanting cheap accommodation in a more isolated setting. In the room we had, there was a loft with two beds, underneath was a room with a sofa, small table, fridge, bathroom and tv. The room could hold several people. It does need some additional TLC ( the air conditioning was inefficient) but is adequate and functional. It is not luxurious. The staff were very friendly and I hope in time they can make this into something special. For cost conscious young travellers who enjoy rural pursuits it is fine.

Switch rooms 3 times. Fire place doesn’t work, Dirty dirty it’s a disaster zone that was recently flooded writing raging on walls not even a kettle the toliet has chewed gum besides it. Etc etc got nothing we were promised… I have pics.. it’s bad you need to fix the site and we got screwed bassically

This was the place to stay in the 90’s and early 2000’s, unfortunately I don’t think any maintenance has been done to the property since then. A garage that they advertise that you can’t park snowmobiles in. A room with stains and burns in the carpent, dirty, snot on the walls I had to book a jaucuzzi tub suite because of availability for a premium price and there wasn’t anyone there. Sad that this place has went in to disorder the way it has!!

Quiet and close to a main road, walkable to/from station if you are backpacking (about 30 mins.). No food options around, staff is not really easy to get hold of and cleanliness is just okay.

Exceptionally friendly staff. The room was very large and comfortable, especially considering the cost. I'd love to find an excuse to stay here again.

Very unclean and unsafe, staff is rude, harassing and not professional by any means, no restaurant on site, would most definitely not recommend staying there

The room smelled like mold it gave me a headache. They put me next to a joint room and the people next door were loud and knocked at my door. Staff was very nice. $175.00 for the night??? Way too much

Property is old, and dated. No hot water available for shower. Staff was accommodating and kind!
