Kavalari Hotel - Adults Only

Hotel is not as nice as other options in the area. Hotel in poor condition. Rooms dirty with cracked walls and ceilings. Refrigerator not working and dead bugs on the floor . No WiFi or cell phone service at hotel. At check in they tell you that if you want to use cell phone or wi fi you must go outside the room . Really doesn’t work there either. When I requested a refund as we wanted to choose another hotel in the area they refused. I contacted Expedia and they seemed to be able to do nothing as well. Stay away from this place you can do much better. Totally unacceptable. Disappointed in Expedia as well for not standing up for their customers when things go wrong.

The property is in the heart of Fira, easy access to everything, rooms with beautiful view of caldera. Daily breakfast above expectation and the service the best. The bus station is at 3 minutes walking, the cable car at 7 minutes walking. I love my stay here every single day

I really did great when I chose to stay at this hotel,it is the center of Fira and everything is within a walking distance.I did not have to use any taxi unless to go to oia or to a beach in the south (bus was 2 euros only and has AC). The hotel was very clean and staff was amazing !the best view of caldera from the hotel and a lot of people were coming from everywhere to take videos and photos by the hotel because of the stunning views.

Location was great to access restaurants, town of Fira, getting to the local bus stop which takes you to different points of the island and back to Fira .. Great views for pictures or just enjoying while having Breakfasts or hanging out.. staff was great and kept the towels and rooms clean daily.. Had a wonderful time!!
