Hotel Casa de Las Palmas

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has plenty of little quirks and decorations to keep you busy admiring them. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. They kindly stored our bags for a few hours after check-out. Shower had good pressure and hot water.

1) Hidden costs. We were charged for water bottles in the room even though no one at any point mentioned that water was paid extra. There was no info about it in the room, no price list, no mention during check-in, stay, when I asked for more water or at check-out. Only when we came to collect our bags in the evening we were ambushed and made to pay 4000 COP per 500ml bottle (1l bottle costs 2000 COP in a shop). They also overcharged number of bottles (10 instead of 7. That's between 3 people over 2 days so nothing unusual). Additionally my friend was charged for laundry twice. 2) Breakfast was very disappointing. First day we got a single overdone fried egg + 3 little pieces of toasted bread with nothing else. 2nd day I ordered pancakes and got 2 little flat discs with a spoonful of honey. They were like 2 mm thin and the size of my closed fist. Pitiful. We also got some fruit, half a litre of coffee to be divided between 3 people and a terrible juice watered down to the point of becoming yellow water. Seriously, I'm not sure how they managed to make juice in Colombia taste awful. I wouldn't stay here again.

Os proprietários são super atenciosos e prestativos, inclusive nos auxiliaram na reserva de um passeio.. Os funcionários estão sempre dispostos pra ajudar. Quarto espaçoso.

Hotel limpio, el patio muy lindo, camas cómodas, el personal atento. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje mientras nos quedamos en Baru. Una muy buena experiencia.

El agua de la ducha es fría, el agua caliente totalmente sin presión.

Atendimento maravilhoso, quarto grande, banheiro impecável, café da manhã muito gostoso e localização top.

La atención! Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, todo estaba muy rico 😋 el restaurante por las noches tiene unas comidas muy buenas, caminado está cerca todo excelente ubicación!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente para desplazarse con facilidad a todos los lugares, facilita hacer los recorridos sin tomar transporte. El hotel es muy tranquilo.

El desayuno no es variado.

Dieses Hotel zeichnet sich aus durch geschmackvolle ruhige Bereiche wie den Patio oder die dachterrasse aus. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Und hilfsbereit.
