La disponibilità del personale, in particolare del portiere Antonio, sempre didponibile a dare una mana. Bellissima persona.

Le camere sono datate, con insonorizzazione assente. Non siamo riusciti a riposare in quanto le persone delle camere circostanti russavano..🤦‍♂️ colazione pessima, se non terribile.

Si è verificato un disguido con la prenotazione del garage che mi era stata confermata, indicandomi anche dove posizionare la macchina, ma all’ultimo momento non era più disponibile. Chieste le motivazioni non mi è stata data alcuna risposta fino a quando la sera mi ha contattato un responsabile della struttura che per scusarsi dell’accaduto mi ha proposto la colazione gratuita (che non abbiamo consumato per impegni già presi in precedenza).
