Ausgerechnet zur „weißen Nacht“ haben wir dort gebucht. Um ruhiger schlafen zu können, haben wir dort ganz unkompliziert und ohne Nachfrage unsererseits ein anderes Zimmer nach hinten gelegen erhalten, und dies sogar noch mit einem Preisnachlass. Das war wirklich toller Service mit ganz großer, freundlicher Menschlichkeit!

Leider liegt der öffentliche Parkplatz, auf dem man als Hotelgast kostenlos parken kann, ein Stückchen entfernt, was es mit viel Gepäck etwas mühsam macht.

"Wonderful location and room despite the mediocre hospitality of the staff."

Great location in Bad Tölz, although the staff were somewhat indifferent in making us feel welcome. The room was nice, situated wonderfully on the second floor overlooking Marktstasse. We chose to have dinner in their restaurant, and it was an excellent example of regional cuisine.

The staff appeared distracted and unfocused at times.
