Hospitality was an A+! Mimmo was incredibly welcoming and warm, taking care of our needs immediately. He was very accommodating and the accommodations were pristine. Such detailed attention to his property and the comfort of his guests. Amazing location as well! We loved the view from the top, and enjoyed hearing all the beautiful sounds of the conservatory next door.

This should be the best hotel in Matera 😍. It’s in a perfect location near the magnificent Sassi, old city and has the great view from the balcony as seen on my attached photos taken in the room. The room was perfectly clean and has a wonderful decoration provided with everything the guests can need. They give a voucher for the Italian breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Bagno senza privacy a causa di una porta scorrevole opacizzata

Najlepšia vec na tomto ubytovaní je bez diskusie úžasný výhľad z terasy izby na celé staré mesto. Silno odporúčam rezervovať túto izbu s terasou a výhľadom (neviem či každá izba má túto terasu, naša mala) a ostať v meste Matera aspoň jednu noc v tomto ubytovaní, večer si kúpiť pitie a sledovať západ slnka a vysvietené staré mesto. Izba má všetko potrebné, je útulná a v podkroví, ale ak tu idete s rovnakým cieľom pozerať mesto, izba je úplne v poriadku. Poloha je super, v noci úplne bez ruchu ale zároveň v strede starého mesta. Hneď vedľa je asi najväčší obchod v oblasti a pešo je to na hlavnú stanicu asi 10-15 minút. Naozaj skvelé.

Le confort, la propreté des lieux, les conseils de Mimo et tutti quanti font de cette escapade un moment inoubliable avant le retour. Merciiiii

Daca exista nota mai mare de 10, aceasta este ce merita Residenza dei Suoni! Totul a fost la superlativ. Apartament extrem de curat, amenajat cu foarte mare atentie la detalii, situat intr-o piata frumoasa, aproape de centru si de Sassi si la 15 minute de statia Matera Centrale. Priveliste frumoasa catre piata si catre Sassi.Micul dejun ( croissant si cappucino) au fost oferite de catre o cafenea din apropiere. Domnul Mimmo a fost foarte amabil si ne a oferit multe informatii despre oras si locurile pe care le putem vizita. Pt noi acest apartament a fost una dintre cele mai deosebite cazari. Cu siguranta ne vom intoarce! Multumim, Mimmo!

Matera was breathtaking and we will return. The host was amazing. He spoke very little English and we communicated via WhatsApp even when we were with him. He arranged for a taxi to collect us from the bus station and again for a taxi to collect us to take us to the bus station on check out. He met us at the property at a pre-arranged time and was able to show us into our room and we had the use of a shared kitchen with coffee making facilities and a shared fridge. Very good location and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
