Residenza dei Suoni

I will start with the communication with the host, Mimmo—it was excellent. He met all our requirements and provided us with the best room. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but as our room was ready, we were able to check in early. He was very kind and made some gestures towards us that are rarely seen these days. Thank you for that, Mimmo, we really appreciate it. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the whole property. The room and the bathroom were super clean. The bed was really comfy, and the property has a wonderful terrace (as seen in the attached picture) where you can peacefully enjoy the beauty of Matera. The location is simply unbeatable—right in the middle of the Old Town and close to everything. I will always recommend Residenza dei Suoni to everyone!

Appartamento in posizione strategica, super centrale, ad un passo da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Siamo stati per una sola notte ma sarei rimasto anche di più. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, ben tenuto e dotato di tutti i confort. L'host molto gentile, ci ha accolti personalmente. Consigliatissimo!

In particolare la “gentilezza del proprietario”, la “pulizia” e l’ottima “posizione” della struttura di fronte al Sasso Barisano.

Es una alojamiento increible, con unas vistas desueño desde la terraza de Mattera, limpio, con una ubicación excelente,lo recomiendo!!!!

La qualité générale de la résidence... Tout est bien organisé, de l'arrivée, au petit déjeuner dans un bar du centre, aux conseils du propriétaire, jusqu'à la clôture du séjour...

Tout était parfait...

After the air condition was fixed, we liked everything. We even didn't mind climbing the stairs to our top room! The interior design, the bathroom and the bedding were very modern and very lovely.

just make sure the air condition is working properly. Summer is very hot.

Amazing location and view! The staff are wonderful - very helpful and quick to respond. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Water pressure in the shower was abysmal (and hair dryer doesn’t actually have hot air), but despite this I would still stay here again because of the outstanding location, view and staff!
