Our stay at Somerset greenway hotel in Chennai has been extremely comfortable and pleasant. We stayed here many times , and throughout our time, we had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were always neat and clean, and the services were consistently up to the mark. Whenever we required any assistance, the team responded promptly and efficiently. A special thanks to Mehtab, who has been exceptionally helpful during our stay. Whether it was related to courier services, personal assistance, or bookings, he was always available with a warm smile and never hesitated to help. What truly stood out was his kindness—when my wife was unwell during her pregnancy, he even went out of his way to bring food from his home. Such a thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Our overall stay was excellent, and even the checkout process was smooth and hassle-free. During checkout, when I was struggling to book a cab, Mehtab immediately stepped in and arranged one for me, ensuring everything went smoothly. Even after we checked out from the property, he stayed in touch to make sure we had taken our flight and reached home safely. This level of care made our experience truly memorable. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. We are truly grateful for the hospitality and highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay.

My stay at Somerset hotel in Chennai was a truly great experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. The property offers excellent guest entertainment facilities such as a pool table, TT table and air hockey, along with a dedicated kids’ play area, which is a big plus for families. One of the highlights was the swimming pool on the 12th floor, offering a beautiful view of the beach—it really adds to the overall experience. The dining options were also impressive. Asia Kitchen serves delicious food in a pleasant environment, and the breakfast at The Broken Bridge was equally enjoyable. The staff across all areas were very helpful and attentive. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the stay. A special mention to Mehtab for providing us with a great room and ensuring we had a wonderful experience. His warm smile and welcoming attitude truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable.
