The location on the seafront at the quieter end of Weymouth and next to the pretty harbour was superb. So was the beautiful sea view from the window. A simple basic breakfast was provided in the fridge (croissant, yoghurt, juice, milk) was a welcome change from the full breakfast I can never eat anyway. The room was beautifully decorated but small. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was suitable for one but very small for 2 people with a shower room so tiny (and part of the room) you had to leave the door open and the sink was separate inside the room so no privacy.

The location was excellent beautiful natural green/grey sea ⛵. There was sand the streets were clean and tidy

Unfortunately the host being Paul was rude to me regarding the TV that my youngest daughter in her room wasn't working properly. she suffers with a few medical conditions and due to his attitude upon contacting him which she did he replied that he would come to try to fix the issue stated by her unfortunately his attitude towards her was awful and this triggered her to call me, her room is floor lower than mine being door no 4 mines no 5. Anyway I came down to her room after speaking to the host on the phone asked him what's going!? on his reply was he's trying to fix the situation to which mentioned my daughter's one her current conditions being she suffers with anxiety his reply was I came out from his dinner and not happy about this to which by now I was furious with his attitude to me I tried telling him that my daughter anxious and he just hang up on me by now I was very angry with him and came down to my daughter's room again to confront him about a few exchanges was thrown then I came back up to my room. A few minutes latter he knocked on my door and said sorry for this attitude towards me explaining that the problem at hand was fixed I just looked at him and said cheers and closed the door on him.

I like the breakfast provided in the room to be eaten whenever convenient or even taken out to eat on the beach! The position is perfect with great views from the windows.

Location great.. didn't have to get up fir breakfast as continental in fridge in room peaceful guest house.
