"Comfortable stay in good location."

Within walking distance of both Windermere and Bowness. Very nicely cooked breakfast in the morning.

The room was a bit small. There was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom.

"Very pleasant and comfortable B&B"

Jane and Paul are attentive and welcoming hosts. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The property is conveniently located equidistantly between Windermere and Bowness. There is ample roadside parking at the front of the property. The rooms are well done up and kept clean with sufficient toiletries. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. We felt well looked after and would definitely return.

Great location, within walking distance of windermere and Bo'ness. Comfortable bed. friendly hosts.

Room and bathroon very small and could do with updating / redecorating. We assumed breakfast was included in the price booking.com quoted as not stated otherwise, but was advised not and had to pay extra.

"Gem of a B&B in the heart of Windermere"

Excellent location. Extremely clean Large rooms with everything you need including iron. Breakfast was lovely on both mornings we were there. Paul and Jane are brilliant friendly hosts. We will absolutely be back.
