You get what you pay for. This is a great location for the train station and metro (2 minute walk) and you’re in the centre of some of the nightlife. We used this as a base to rest our head after watching the rugby in Sunderland. It was clean and basic but was well worth the price.

The front door didn’t lock, it was broken. Other than that it was just fine.

Thank you for accommodating us with a short notice

It was extremely noisy during all the night,as it is situated just next to the night clubs,people were screaming and shouting all night long,even closed windows didn’t help,we didn’t have any rest
