Motel 6 San Francisco, CA – Civic Center

The hotel was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff was also professional and nice!

There is no parking, but there is overnight parking for sale within 2 blocks. The Beds were exeptional.

I took a bit to get used to the 1920's elevator, but after that I was very satisfied.

The place didn't feel safe. Surroundings doesn't feel safe. Entrance is scary, the lobby does not feel safe. We were waiting to get out from the place as soon as possible.

Didn’t even stay, there’s no real sign of where the entry is , homeless swarms around building day/ night. No parking anywhere around and even if there were any , your car would probably be broken into. Don’t stay there

Where do I start… Area of city is awful, couldn’t go out at night, upon arrival, staff member checking us in, burped in my face, was rude, first night in room with phone line cut, no smoke detector, tried to have shower, faucet fell off in my hand, couldn’t turn water off, second room, no wifi, went to get ready for day next morning, had a tour booked, no water, water was off until 1500, think they are still renovating, drills, grinding started early am, all night long upstairs banging, dragging furniture. Do not stay here, staff unhelpful, staff that didn’t move us argued we were not in room we were moved to, but still in original room, I travelled extensively and have never experienced such a awful hotel stay.

Hotel was decent,area around is tough and rough.

My phone did not work tv was having conection issues david at front desk was a god send very helpful tried yo fix tv issues very good employee i thought needs a raise in his pay.
