Motel 6 San Francisco, CA – Civic Center

It remodeled but stil has a lot problems tv has issues, restroom flash doesn’t work No any shampoo the soaps was dry.these are dry. Supplies in hotels are the most important and guests cannot take something like that on our package. The room was very hot and sometimes very cold.elevator is very dangerous because the second door not be able to control it to keep open and going out from elevator. Looks like this hotel no any quality so expensive no find any park space and I paid one night public parking 55$ and seems it needs review and make all structures again Thanks

The room heater was not working, they offered me a portable heater. No hot water i. The sink only in the shower. Room smells bad. Property is old doing renovation at this time

It was very clean

There is almost no price that would justify staying at this hotel. It is noisy, dirty, my room had been smoked in, the sheets weren’t clean, and at nighttime you have to watch out for homeless people everywhere.

2 stars is generous. No heat. Nice TV on wall, was not connected. No desk help. No toiletries. Frightening neighborhood (I’ve felt safer in the slums of Rio).

No parking and I get a ticket for that

Their was no AC and a heater that they couldnt turn off that made the room soo hot you barely stand to be in there and when we were trying to figure out how to shut off the heater a swarm of cockroaches came out of the floor and went up the walls. I had never seen something like that! For being on the 4th floor we also felt that it was a hazard that one of our windows could open up completely and had no screen or anything and was just soo close to the bed it felt like someone could fall out. The other window did not prop open and over all things were broken, not working, dirty and extremely old and the staff was absolutely no help whats so ever. The area is also soo scary and soo many homeless people and their staff members were letting them in to use the restroom!!! I felt soo scared and unsafe we had to immediately leave and figure out other accommodation’s . This was the worst experience ive ever had anywhere

The amenities that were listed were not available when I arrived at the hotel. I paid for something that i did not receive.
