The environment was peaceful, the rooms were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. All the extras in the room were spot on. The customer service was excellent. Everything about the hotel was great. We will definitely use it again when we next travel to Belfast. We were even given a free ride to the International Airport, which was a bonus for us. Thank you, Charles, for your hospitality. To be honest, there is nothing bad to report. We spent only one night, and we all slept well. We left very early, so we didn't have time for breakfast, but we were given a glass of juice, which was refreshing

Quite close to a busy road, but well insulated against the noise of the traffic
