We enjoyed the location Dartmouth the house is easy reach for everything.

The house was a little cool at times between heating periods and there was a small amount of street noise from the pub next door but only slight.

Fantastic location, close to ferry.

All the rooms had self closing doors, which was a bit strange. The house has been converted so that what would have been the living room downstairs is now another property. The main problem was the parking - we were given an permit to park in the carpark, which we did. We then received 2 parking tickets as the carpark was closed for the fair. It's not acceptable to offer parking and then have to use the park and ride instead.

Excellent location! Beds were firm but very comfortable.

Parking in Dartmouth was difficult on arrival (Saturday). Main car park was full and needed to wait for a space. Easier to park on other days.

It was self catering.

No outdoor space, felt quite claustrophobic.
